Terms and Conditions – March for All Effective May 7, 2025

  1. Acceptance of Terms By participating in March For All, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate or use the March for All website. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “March for All” refers to all collaborators involved in the creation and administration of the March for All Services, including Outright international Johannes Leonardo LLC, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, and the officers, directors, and employees of all such entities.
  2. Description of Services March for All provides a platform that pairs participants who will be marching in Pride (“Live Marcher”) with those who want to be marched for (“Virtual Marcher”). The match will be anonymous, with the Live Marcher providing only the first name and country of the person as provided by the Virtual Marcher for communication and participation in March for All (“Services”). The Website does not guarantee the identity, reliability, or intent of any users.March for All does not in any way guarantee participation in any pride march or related activity, including World Pride. Securing registration and access to march is the Participant’s responsibility. Participation in March for All is separate and unrelated to any and all processes and commitments related to registration to participate in a march or parade and does not change or impact those obligations.
  3. User Responsibilities
    • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in March for All as either a Live Marcher or a Virtual Marcher.
    • You agree to use all Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • You must not share personal or sensitive information on the March for All site that you are not comfortable disclosing
    • You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise engage in harmful behavior toward any user or to search for additional information about a Virtual Marcher you may be paired with. By participating in March for All, you agree and understand that:
      • Live Marchers will only be entitled to the first name and country of the Virtual Marcher they are paired with.
      • Virtual Marchers will not be given any identifying information for the Live Marcher they are paired with.
      • Not everyone (both Live Marchers and Virtual Marchers) is guaranteed to be paired.
  4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, March for All shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in March for All, including but not limited to:
    • Any interactions with and between those participating in any capacity.
    • Any reliance on information shared through the platform.
    • Any loss, breach, or unauthorized disclosure of data.
    • Any situations that may arise as a result of participating in a Pride, parade, march or other event, including matters of safety and security.
  5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless March For All against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
    • Your use of the Website or Services.
    • Your breach of these Terms.
    • Any interactions you have with other users.
    • Any interactions you have with others in connection with your participation in March for All.
    • Any content you submit, transmit, share or download from on the Website.
  6. No Warranty The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. March for All makes no representations or warranties regarding:
    • The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.
    • The conduct of any users.
    • The security or uninterrupted operation of the Website.
  7. Termination March for All reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
  8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
  9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  10. Changes to Terms March for All reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. By participating in the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
